Real Sociedad midfielder Asier Illarramendi has said he is optimistic regarding his side's La Liga home clash against leaders FC Barcelona next Saturday in 32th fixture of the competition. He has stated that his team can achieve a win against the Blaugranas again at the Anoeta, where Barca has failed to snatch any win since 2007: “We can beat Barça again”, said the Mutriku-born player in a Press conference held on Wednesday at Zubieta Training Ground.

The ex-Real Madrid player added that Blue-and-whites has already defeated Barca in recent years, noting that Saturday could witness another home victory with a good performance like that showcased last Sunday against Sevilla, after five consecutive league games without a win.

Illarramendi highlighted the skills of the Blaugranas, which he is sure will force his group to make mistakes. But he admitted that chances on Saturday will be scarce and emphasized that his team must seize any scoring chance.
