La Real took all three points on their visit to the Coliseum. A goal by Isak saw the txuri urdin past Getafe CF in a serious match in which one goal was enough to secure a victory of great merit. Playing at the Coliseum is always difficult. Rough games with little rhythm and generally, little football. La Real is familiar with that concept and had to show the quality of the team. There were almost no chances in the first half hour, until a perfect cross from Zaldua was shot by Oyarzabal in the back post. Then, the ball smashed off the crossbar and Isak pounced on the rebound to head the ball home. The txuri urdin were ahead at the break. The most difficult part had been done.

After the restart, the realistas continued to carve out chances. Januzaj was in front of the goalkeeper and dribbled well. He played the ball back but nobody slotted home. As usual, the final minutes of the match became increasingly challenging but la Real stood firm and preserved its concentration. Playing in Getafe requires as much tension as possible.
